2. 7 Steps

The 7 steps are, get clear and clean, get certain, get turned on, get focused, get committed, create momentum, create what it is that you want - but don't be owned by your creation.
When you have no-thing to hide, the light of the conscious attention is no longer compromised by any secret shame.
Increase Worthiness.
Take Holy-I-Days (holidays).
Focus is the absence of dualistic feeling.

3. Thoughts

Truth morphs through different stages - the higher levels understand the lower levels but the lower levels cannot understand the higher.
Spirit leads through the vibration of peace.
Thought with Intention.
Everything starts with a thought.
Feeling with Emotion.
The end is in the process.
Sustained Focus.

4. The "I"'s have it

The eyes are the windows to the Soul
In the center of the eyes, there is no-thing.
Love is in the world, but not of the world.
As you go to the center of it, you will find out what is at the core of it.
The S-treatment = the Superior Spiritual Solution.
One can either chose to be right or chose to be kind.

5. "Stories"

Do Not buy into stories.
The Void doesn't have a story.
When we face the terror that lies below anger, breakthroughs come.
God is the ultimate observer.
Love first, will second.
Do not be owned by by your creations, but by the love, beauty and joy of the process.

6. Truth

History is written by the "winners", would it be different if it were written by the "losers"?
Do what is right. Do not be concerned with who is right.
Love is about removing one's mask.
Innocent perception is not a memorized way of being.
Old souls have compassion for other humans (been there, done that).

7. Judging

The fluctuation in our lives keeps on when one judges both people and situations.
Judging perpetuates limiting belief structures within the illusion which deepens the reality in the illusion for you to experience.
The illusion does not last. The biggest lie that perpetuates the illusion is time.
Death is the biggest lie in the Universe.
A positive thing taken to excess becomes a negative thing.
As you go into the Void, observe what your mind is seeing.

8. Discipline

Each discipline will take me where I need to be.
Confusion always reigns before breakthroughs.
Eyes look but the mind sees. You can trust mind but not the eyes.
The crystalline structure of humans is affected by Love.
At the quantum level we are pure Spirit.
Remember.

9. Magic

Believe in and see the divine in others, that they may see it too.
It is up to you to create the sacredness and the magic on an ongoing basis.
Keep life magic - keep it a sacred and blessed relationship within.
Do not look at what is wrong, but at what is right.
Stand in your Power, but do not abuse it.
The amount you respect life equals the amount you respect your God.

10. Magnetism

Magnetism is the alpha and omega of structure.
We have the ability to see the Atom in wave form.
Love is an ideal with reality.
By getting complete with whatever owns you, you clear your bands.
The principle of 'left-spin' is about being in one mind.
Have respect and gratitude for all and for every experience.
Be Sacred, Be unattached, Be Magic.

Sharon has a passion for Healing Sounds. It's foundation has been a 30 year career performing and teaching classical guitar. She studied with healing sound pioneers, and is a Reiki Master. Sharon teaches workshops on Healing Sound and her CD's are distributed throughout North America.
We experienced the physical effects that different kinds of sounds have on our body, right down to a cellular level.

15. MOVIE - Aaron Russo's "America - Freedom to Fascism"

This movie is about whether taxation of individuals in the United States is legal. This movie is a wake-up call for most people.
Excellent Documentary, some of the groups that spoke were: Former IRS Special Agent/Investigator who now speaks out against taxation, Texas Congressman - Ron Paul, Michael Ruppert - Author, G. Edward Griffin - Author, Tax Honesty Organization and many others.
It also speaks of how we fall for the Credit Entrapment schemes which are used as a means of Enslaving the Nation!

16. Carmen Boulter on Egypt

Special Guest Speaker: Carmen Boulter, Egyptologist, University of Calgary

Carmen spoke and gave a slide presentation of photos from Egypt.
Pyramids and other ancient sites as well as pictures from other groups she has traveled with. Carmen has been to Egypt 19 times! She spoke of co-ordinating a trip to Egypt in the Spring of 2008.

Read the book "The Four Agreements".
Buy some Gold. It can transfer into any currency.
Turn off your brain and turn on your heart!
1st - Contemplate it, then do it. No cheating because you only cheat yourself.
Calamity on earth will cause spiritual catapults to occur.
Your heart connects you through all seven bands.

18. Reality

98% of reality is outside of form.
Uncertainty is an opportunity to create (not to produce discord).
There is more certainty in un-structure.
Give Love, but don't give away your power!
Don't get hung up on what is wrong - get hung up on what is right.
Conscious people can't be bought and will rise to power.

20. Realizing

Knowing is the forerunner to realizing (real-eyes-ing).
Realizing your knowing is what catapults your evolution.
The Act is surrounded by being-ness.
Quality first, quantity second.
Convert bad news (depression) of calamity to going within.
Presently, consciousness is regressive because of technology.

21. The Seven Light Bodies

Magnificent realization - finding out who you are by who you are not!
Humans believe life has to do with form and then illusion sets in.
The radiant body is there, but must be developed.
We are developing our radiant body - it starts with opening our heart.
Blue band shoots energy into body - becomes light and radiant.
Radiant body = built with oneness.

22. Christmas (Christ-in-Mass)

Virtue begins when we dedicate our lives to being in gratitude for the smallest of things.
It's not about waiting for the storm to end - it's about dancing in the rain!
Christmas Tree - ever-green, we are the triad shape when we meditate.
Lights spiraling up the tree = DNA.
Gifts = Presents (Presence? - is this the true meaning?)
The greatest gift is the gift of conscious love.

23. Being Thankful

Praying is being thankful for what "is".
God does not ask for things - he creates.
The "Love" part of a relationship is much greater than the "in Love" part.
Hold the teachings "Sacred".
Earth is integrity school.

24. Presence

Wealth is a "relative matter", the more gold - the more relatives!
How does one free self from fear? Observe it, don't resist, but bring presence to it.
Presence self regulates taxing circumstances - it makes things even.
Stay present, be aware of dynamics - don't judge.
When you give more - you get more.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.

25. Imagination

Mankind is about to make a quantum leap in consciousness.
Put God first!
Passion forms will. There is nothing we can't do if we have passion.
Imagination is very powerful if "I AM WORTHY".
Get clear, get passionate, get in tune with love.
Decide what you want - Vision has no limits.
