3. Power of the Heart
Love is the glue that holds energy together to make matter form
Pure Love is an energy
The Heart has a higher knowing than cerebral intelligence. The brain cannot tell the human who it is.
You are here to own life - not for it to own you!
Heart - a bridge across forever and a natural device in us to connect us to the Universe.
That of which you contemplates expands.

4. Presence
Your divinity is in your tranquility
The amount of respect people give you is equal to the amount of respect you give yourself.
The process of creation is more important than the created thing.
It is the struggle in life that ennobles the Soul. Sometimes the Soul needs the struggle to grow!
Knowing increases as judgment decreases.
We are a spiritual being having a human experience!

5. Contemplation
That of which you contemplate expands.
You cannot runaway from the stuff you are always thinking about.
The Wall - wherever it is that all your issues come to light.
Fear - false evidence appearing real.
Presence is a sacred form of respect.
The inside world is more important than the outside world.

6. The "Act"
Death is a comma, not a period.
The "Act" does not survive your death.
The "Act" wants structure.
Spirit is un-structure. There is infinitely more power in invisible than the visible.
The bottom 3 seals are about the human or "Act", the top 4 seals are about the Divine, or Spiritual
The eyes look, but the mind sees.
Practice Presence - every day is an opportunity.
The "Act" wants to compete, Creativity has no competition.

7. The "Act" II
Inconvenience is interrupting your "Act"
#1 Aphrodisiac of mankind is the abuse of Power.
Your life will expand or contract in proportion to your lived truth with courage.
Re-Act - reacting means that you are in the "Act". Respond instead of Reacting.
The time to own something is right in the middle of it!
Master's motto - Truth above all fear.
Love is inclusive not exclusive.

8. The "Senses"
Emotion = Energy in motion.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) - We receive and process info under a primary mode, visible, auditory or kinesthetic.
Traits that different people have: Visual, Auditories or Kinesthetic. We have all 3 characteristics, but some we have more than others.
Breathing - deep breathing, respond slowly.
Some drink from the fountain of knowledge, some gargle.

9. Our Evolution
The 3 stages of our evolution; Innocence, Adult, Alone.
It doesn't matter the path, so long as you take it with integrity.
Music and silence are the language of the Soul.
You can only see that of which you are.
We are a temporary manifestation of Spirit.
Everything is sacred, but nothing (No Thing) matters.
Focus is the absence of dualistic thought.

10. Authentic Empowerment
Authentic Empowerment is not gained by choices that do not stretch you.
Those who are to give light are to endure burning.
Indigenous power is of the Earth - natural, Surrogate power is like Politicians or a company President. We are surrogate compared to our Over Soul. The over Soul is Indigenous Power.
There are no wrong choices - only better returns on energy.
We are not here to be understood, we are here to understand.
Breath is how spirit connects to matter.
Structure makes a wonderful servant but a tyrannical master.

11. Consciousness
That of which you contemplate expands.
The "why's (wise) are more important than the "how".
We need to see past what we are looking at.
As soon as you become Conscious about being unconscious, you become conscious.
How present would you be if you had one year to live? One month? One day??
Fear is of the Act, Love is of the Soul.

12. Power
To know, to be, to dare, to manifest, to enjoy, to be silent.
If the load on nature becomes to great, nature will do what it must to rectify it.
Become aligned with your divine.
Death is the biggest lie in the Universe.
Everything in matter is secondary consciousness, Primary consciousness is Spirit.
To get your power back - don't react.
God holds himself responsible for all things, we need to do the same.

13. Emotions
The Act is tied to emotions.
Don't suppress emotion. You can react or respond (own it).
Owning it means not having emotion around it.
The best way to pass a test is to take the test.
Life is a trade off - we trade life foe experiences.
Every time you chose Love, you increase your ability to create.

14. Healing
That of which you reveal, you can heal.
In order to be a healer, you must first heal yourself.
The miraculous is done in the invisible.
Karma is about balance. Break Karma by not reacting.
LIFE = Layers Integrated Forming Energy.
Original sin is separation. It occurred because of judgment.

15. Left Spin
Life in left spin has the harmonic of B flat.
To put God first, stay calm and stay in integrity. Give blessings with no judgement.
Every roadblock is meant to make you go within.
The brain is local, the mind is not.
Every time we go to the Void, we expand our DNA.

16. Connecting
Ten out of the Twelve gateways to the brain are through sound.
We are colour, sound and vibration - as is everything.
Trusting the Heart allows you to attach to the whole.
If you are committed to your evolution, you will be taxed.
Go within, know thyself, make known the unknown and create.
Doubt inhibits, but lack compels. It is difficult to get out of lack.
Morals are higher laws than legal laws.

17. Guilt
Guilt is a condition of Control.
Money or alcohol in excess make you more of what you are.
"Need" takes the magic out. Need and fear are bedfellows.
Boring is the Soul's way of telling you to move on.
Guilt is more often a means of control - by you, your Act or by someone else.
Guilt keeps you in the energy of the problem. Focus on the answer.
Guilt depletes energy. The Act is about fear, guilt and shame.

18. Inconvenience
If you listen, you can access greater power. It happens when you are inconvenienced.
The Act is male - it wants its own way.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
To harmonize with spirit, we need to be responsible.
Your life contracts or expands in direct proportion to the amount of your lived courage.
We evolve on this side of the sky (human experience).

23. Health
Disease forms when the body is in an acidic state.
Calcium is a natural sedative, laxative and strengthens the gastro intestinal muscles
Going over the same memory creates chemical imbalance.
Going out in nature is conductive to balancing the body.
Learn to create.

24. Meditation
You can have the matter when it doesn't matter.
Intimacy is about going into your heart.
Have no resistance to meditation. That of which you resist - persists.
The quieter you become, the more you will see and experience.
You know you are making progress when you have no resistance to sitting.
The time to do something will never be perfect. Indecision is a decision to do nothing.

25. Wealth
The true definition of wealth is how few your needs are.
There are two ways to get rich - earn more or desire less.
Reality is subject to us, not the other way around.
If you put God first, you will get more bounty. It will be attracted to you.

You require conscious breath, focus, love and imagination to manifest.

28. Character
The difference between character and reputation - character is who you really are, reputation is who others think you are.
What someone thinks of you is nobody's business.
Rumor has no substance. It came from the word "room-air" - no substance.
Be conscious and cautious about what you say.
Do whatever you need to do to feel worthy, but don't do it at someone else's expense.
